Jack is the founder and director of Hoult Construction. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Jack leads a team of passionate tradesmen who share his dedication to doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no compromises.
Jack’s approach to building is both practical and creative. He thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and finding smart solutions that bring an architect’s vision to life. His calm, communicative style and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for delivering homes built to stand the test of time — structurally, functionally, and aesthetically.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his young family and their dogs. When he’s not in the office, you’ll often find him out surfing or on the golf course with the team — a balance that keeps everyone motivated, connected, and performing at their best.

Cam’s background in estimating and pricing for large-scale commercial and residential projects means he brings a wealth of experience in delivering accurate, detailed, and transparent costings.
At Hoult Construction, Cam’s role focuses on pricing and project support. He works with clients from early concepts through to pricing, so you always know where your project is heading. Cam’s goal is to make the process stress-free and completely transparent at every step.
I chose to shift my focus closer to home to spend more time with my family and contribute to the Raglan community. For me, it’s about creating better spaces for people to live, while supporting the community.

With over a decade of experience in residential construction across three countries, Ry brings a broad range of experience and a hands-on approach to managing every project. At Hoult Construction his role is to deliver each project on-time and to best practice standard.
With a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, no project ever ends up in the ‘too-hard basket’. Ry keeps a strong focus on delivering every project on time and to specification, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process.Growing up in a small town and now living in Raglan, I know that being involved in our community is necessary to be successful. Some of our past clients are my favourite relationships and that is the reason that Hoult Construction is special to me. We pride ourselves on approachability and friendly service.
