Constructed on a sloping section in Rangitahi, this home required careful planning and sequencing to manage site access, weather exposure, and structural precision.
Key features include extensive glazing, negative detailing, and high-spec interior finishes — all delivered in close collaboration with Rubix Architecture and remote clients.
A standout moment: the entry window, perfectly aligned to frame Mt Karioi.
